How to hire ToyBox

A roster is a City list of consultants already reviewed and approved for a type of work. It shortens the path to a contract.

  2. No public advertisement is needed when the contract is estimated under $410,000.
  3. Sign the City roster agreement. The City also asks for a consultant questionnaire and insurance that names the City.
