Selected to 10 City of Seattle Consultant Rosters

Pre-qualified across 10 City of Seattle Consultant Roster categories (2025–2030). Here's what that means for department leads — and how to bring ToyBox in on a task order without running a full procurement.

The City of Seattle confirmed the placement on June 9, 2026: ToyBox Consulting & Management has been selected to 10 City of Seattle Consultant Rosters. Term: December 2025 through December 2030.

This is the operational unlock most people miss when they hear about a consultant roster placement. So — here's what it actually means for Seattle department leads, and how to use it.

The 10 categories

ToyBox is pre-qualified across the following City of Seattle roster categories (Small Business classification):

What "pre-qualified" actually means

A roster placement means the City has already run the procurement diligence. Vendor packet, insurance, W-9, references, capacity — all reviewed and approved. Department leads can now bring ToyBox in on a task order without re-running the full procurement cycle every time.

Translated to a project timeline: work that used to require a 60-to-120-day RFP process can now start in days, not months, on the strength of a scope of work and a task order.

Who this is for

If you're inside a City of Seattle department and any of the following describe your current pile —
