Investor Relations

Building with Clarity, Culture, and Credibility

ToyBox Consulting & Management is entering its next phase of growth: scaling our boutique consulting practice, launching a nonprofit facilities arm, and preparing for regional expansion by 2030. We believe in transparency with our partners—sharing not only where we’re headed, but how we plan to get there.

Our Growth Roadmap (2025–2030)

  • 2025 — Planning year; modest revenue, strategic positioning.

  • 2026 — S-Corp election, first staff hires (Exec Admin + Project Manager).

  • 2027 — Bellevue HQ launch with studio and event space.

  • 2028 — Nonprofit arm launches, managing facilities (event space, commissary kitchen, gift shop).

  • 2029 — First profitable year; $2.3M revenue.

  • 2030 — Regional franchise feasibility study; $2.95M revenue with $350K net profit.

Investment Opportunities

ToyBox is open to a mix of grants, impact investments, and strategic partnerships.

Current needs include:

  • 2026–2027: $100K–$150K for staff runway; $500K–$750K for HQ build-out and expansion.

  • 2028: $200K bridge funding for nonprofit facilities.

We are exploring equity, debt, and program-related investment (PRI) structures, depending on partner alignment.

Commitment to Transparency

We take investor relations seriously. Our approach includes:

  • Quarterly updates — clear metrics on contracts won, facility progress, and community impact.

  • Annual investor meetings — alignment on strategy, financials, and outcomes.

  • Risk & mitigation reporting — proactive documentation of challenges and solutions.

  • Exit and ROI pathways — defined expectations for equity buy-back, social ROI, or franchise licensing returns.

Why Partner with ToyBox?

  • Proven track record influencing $300K–$24M budgets across nonprofits and civic projects.

  • Dual-engine growth model (consulting + nonprofit facilities) built for resilience.

  • Equity-centered and community-rooted leadership.

  • Scalable systems and clear financial discipline.
